Its not the gearbox, get a blowfish mount. The factory shifter is mounted to the body. Blowfish mounts it to the transmission. Since I got the blowfish mount I havent had that problem. I'm NA but I shift at about 8k fbo with a cobra jet.

I hear that shift lockout is pretty normal. Check out Alejandro Flores's channel, he goes over it. Said it happens at high RPMs with quick shifts. Solution was a clutch if my memory serves me right.
I love the sound of hell cat (supercharge) love the power of the mustang too but i have BMW M4 (marina blue color) i love the most looks very sexy , aggresive and fast too.

To those saying the Hellcat will even things out on e85, uhhh no...The hellcat is not a DI engine, so even with a pump and injector upgrade it wont see the same power increase...E85 and DI is a game changer...my little 2.0 only makes 400whp on a mustang dyno and pulls away from v8's making 500+ whp...On stock pumps and injectors..Just wish I had port injection also..lol

He said he was making 800 at the Crank. So to consider a 12 to 17% loss through the drivetrain he is killing it.
T56 or a stage 1 Ben Calimer MT82 from a 11-17 mustang. both are good options

My MT82 was good up to about 15k miles, now it likes to lock me out 3rd to 4th. Frustrating as hell. Never had that problem with Tremec transmissions.
Unfortunately you have to granny shift these gearboxes. People have solved the problem by buying an aftermarket clutch though.
And they've been jacked up for years and ford never did anything

Bcuz the MT-82 is kind of sucks
Gt350 trans is just as weak although it shifts nice. The only upgrade is a tremec magnum or a billet mt82 from calimer
Have you looked at installing a gear lockout mod? There's a few out there that's supposed to eliminate it.
Now from a standing start... rolling starts are lame!
