- For those of you who are very logical and mathematical in discerning God's will for your life, this video is for you - not only for vocation discernment but tips that you could apply to other areas of decision-making. Here's the discernment booklet: faithdigital.or...
Hi Dawn, I just discovered your channel the other day -- and I find it super helpful, even comforting, even though I'm a guy, and I still live 90% in the world.
Please keep making your videos, and don't get discouraged by relatively few subscribers. This is obviously not a walk of life that attracts many young people, but the ones it does attract can profit greatly from your uploads. God bless!
Thank you so much for this! It is exactly what I was looking for, it makes me so happy.
What a beautiful video, thank you
I live with my family and there is a lot of people there. As a 23 years old and college student, all I think about is I want to have my own space and have a desk. I love to study and read. I enjoy doing scholarly things. I enjoy exploring such random topics in regards to health, philosophy, theology, and science etc....
I don’t necessarily feel so vulnerable to pray for marriage life but it does feel all right about religious life. I feel I am just confused because if I date a guy, I let them know I am catholic and I am an advocate for chastity and against pre marital sexual relations. Turns out they don’t want to date me anymore. All I think about is learn about cooking, finish my career, learning how to drive and keep growing on strengths and weaknesses.
(Matthew 19)
I just stumbled on this video. Thank you so much! This will really help me on my discernment journey.
Hey Dawn. Have you done a 30 day with St. Ignatius's Spiritual Exercises?
Any ideas about 50-plus persons facing age discrimination in the job market? What would Ignatius say?
How can we get a copy of that?

I love the tip about talking it out with a friend. I've noticed that when I do this, I tend to better recognize the areas where I am not being completely honest with myself in my decision-making.
Thank you for the video.I have always sensed my call to be the bride of Christ through consecrated virginity.Iam now 33 and still I am convicted to stick on to the call which I have received some 20years ago.Even though it was not profound call there was something that deeply convinced me to stick on to the call within.
Are you already a consecrated virgin?
Thank you so much! This was so helpful. I don't know why I can't download the booklet though. But still, very helpful video. Thanks, and God Bless!

Thanks!!!
Is lay celibacy actually a thing?
yes, single life is also a vocation. :)
@@perezcorona_ There are no sacraments of single career woman or bachelor; these are secular states of life, not Christian and not vocations. Priests, nuns, and laypeople all wear wedding bands signifying they're in a union. Consecrated virgins and hermits are most certainly not single, they are in a consecrated union just like priests and nuns but live outside a convent or monastery. They are most certainly not single.
God commands every adult aged person to be in a consecrated union. Single hood, single life, bachelorhood, & single career woman are all secular states of living and in direct defiance of God's will. Defying God's will = sin
The younger generation needs to know this
