    Excellent tutorial! Wonderfully straightforward design and implementation. I'm no spring chicken, so lugging 18mm sheets of ply is no walk in the park. Fortunately, I'm not filthy rich, so can't afford enough ply, at today's prices, to break my back, but I'm planning a new shed at the back of the garden this summer, and will be using 8 by 4 sheets of OSB.
    I like the fact that your jig can be made with minimal tools, glue and screws. It is just a jig after all, so it does not have to be beautifully crafted with complex joinery and the application of gold leaf.
    Thank you so much for taking the time to share.

    Hallo,
    Went to the site of Mark and saw the antiek planer.
    I left an abo and a bell.
    For your project, I saw the commercial ones and they are quite expensive.
    These work good as well but are cheaper.
    To carry the panels, I use a gorilla gripper (bought).
    In the future I will use an electric hoist.
    Ik heb namelijk maar één bruikbaar hand (werkongeval), niets aan te doen.
    Willy from Belgium.

    • @mrupholsteryman
      @mrupholsteryman 4 года назад

      @@christofix I still ride them when I'm able...but my garage has turned into a scene from a hoarders show.... Wife is miffed that I was adamant about having a 3 car garage so I could work out of it... Now I just gotta work OUT the details in being able to park cars in it. Haha! It is worse in bad weather...but coming from a background in auto upholstery... I didn't wanna put my sewing machine in the basement and have to travel pieces from the attached garage through the house and down the basement to sew and bring things back up again.... So then I started acquiring some wood working tools and the same inconvenience factor was there about not wanting to make more trips....although when a circuit trips the breaker... I'm making that trip anyway....just with less potential of damage to wall or customers item(s).
      So...first world problems...
