As someone who plays in these days, I can confirm that the PG SAFE SERVER is actually way more weird then the 18+ server. How? I don't know. The PG SAFE SERVER usually just had reddit users, twitter users and discord users so of course, there's always random drama there. From the few times I tried seeing how the 18+ server is, it's just way more peaceful somehow..
Yeah... that was NOT the PG server. Except for that Undertale part. People on the PG server actually act like no kids are on it. There are bad words and scary things pretty much EVERYWHERE. I tell those people to go to the 18+ server. I mean, who doesn't think to themselves while playing Pony Town, "I would love to scare some kids today on the PG server."
