Yes it's true that there are genuine cases like nirbhaya but they are indeed a tiny minority and the vast majority are completely false where the innocent men suffer for their life. A false rape case is as worse of a crime as rape but in our country there is no punishment for it. All around the world rape is gender neutral, in india a man don't even have any recourse for domestic violence. So yes this movie is propaganda, I hope you don't have a brother.
