- Learn how you can easily export WooCommerce products to another WordPress website that has a WooCommerce webshop. If you want to sell your products on multiple websites it is a lot of hard work in order to recreate all the products one by one. With this solution, you can copy your whole product catalog to a different website.

While this is indeed one of the easiest ways to do it, you still need to make the necessary modifications in your CSV file and take extra steps in your destination website's CMS to prepare the new products for SEO. First of all, make sure to import all the product images you're migrating to your new website then add alt texts and match their URLs in the CSV file. Or you can just delete the column and attach the images manually from inside each product. Second, make sure to use your own custom SKUs instead of relying on WordPress ID's due to possible conflicts with another products who can have the same ID. After that, it's all situational. If you're putting these products into existing categories with existing tags in destination website and do not wish to import the ones from the source website, best to modify or delete those columns. Lastly, set the Published status to 0 just in case there might be import problems. Unless you're 100% sure everything is in place.

Images URL will still be pointing to the source website with this method. Products images will not be present on the target website then.

I have 1500 products (simple and variable) and I want to upload them to the WooCommerce store via the products upload form (CSV In Bulk) and I want to add product images in the sheet (meaning uploading products with their pictures through the product upload form)
1- I would like to know how to link product images to the sheet and how to upload all products at once?
2- What are the best free or paid plugins needed to build a large and professional store?

Are the uploaded csv image urls still pointing to the source site or are the images given a target site url when uploaded? When I slowed down your video it appears that the source urls are supplying the target site with the images. Any way to change that so the product images are wiithin the media folder of it's own site? Maybe a plugin?
Did u find a solution? I have the same "problem". I have over 400 products and I want to relink images in the second website on his own storage, but I can't find anything who can do that.

what hosting are you using? It loads pretty fast. Mine took ages to load. Even the WordPress admin site took a very long time to load

I m trying to migrate product list from one local pc folder to another folder. I created CSV file using export command but import is failing due to unavailability of jpg files in destination folder. The reason is older url is present in the CSV file. Also we need to copy the jpg files also.

If I have demo content in a newly intalled elementor and xstore theme and I remove that content prior to importing as you show, will the products appear in my new store in the same way that the current demo products (which I'm removing before I import the real products) do? Does deleting all demo content remove the themes structure for products or will imported products appear just as the demo products currentlydo, which is what I want. see on your website for import it tells a maximum 300 mb file. Mine it shows only 2 mb. Why?
It could be a limitated setting from your webhosting provider. You should bd able to adjust it.

Hello! I have a quick question: when you do export the file and import it to woocommerce. Is it possible to use the same file when you have restarted the website? I'm asking because right now I want to restart the website due to some strange lag... But I have about 400+ products listed. Which sadly most of the products I have listed- I no longer have the original image...

@@EricaSucre Yeah, I didn't had a choice. 😅 I made the risk to just go for it. Fortunately, 95% of the products listed everything. There was some problem with the listing description (I had to delete those column). But overall it was manageable. ^_^
