Sua living alone at a young age and training for so long, Handong living her dream even against her parents’ wishes, Dami having enough self worth to say no to unnecessary plastic surgery, Gah turning down training at big3 companies to debut sooner, Siyeon persisting even when that trainer said she’d never make it with her dance skills, Jiu leading them through the Minx disappointment and keeping her optimism, Yooh working so hard after loss in her life.. they are just such admirable women who have worked so hard 💜
Dami, we love your U chin. I love that they are not forced to diet, like some idols are, as long as they exercise. Cue all the good eating we see them doing. DC is definitely a family. Nice Video again, Kit. I think my fave story is Handong's about her Parents not so crazy about her becoming a trainee. They ultimately supported her dreams. Fast forward many years to her No Dot dance and It's her Mom on the phone...lol. They are Insomnias, after all.

WOW, some of the stuff going on! I am really glad that Dami is so smart. First off, if it is a 'trend', then EVERYBODY is doing it. How is anybody supposed to be able to stand out from each other is EVERYBODY looks the same? That makes no sense from over here in the United States. Second, a 'trend' will come and go but once you have that surgery, that's what you are stuck with forever and you take the risk of eventually being out-of-trend because of it. Bravo to Dami for telling them 'no' and leaving. :)

I remember she's trained at a couple different companies before Happyface, notably she trained at Cj E&M and she's friends with Jun from A.C.E who also trained there. He talked about SuA in a live once about their trainee days~

Hearing trainee stories about leg splits always scare me. Don't like how it's normalized in korea. I'm majoring in dance and thankfully have had teachers that are not intense towards doing it (can't even touch my toes)
It's probably an eye infection, idols often have this and it's probably because that stuff is contagious and doesn't look nice. I can't find another explanation but this is the most logic one anyway
@@moongirl8807Could be from makeup products that they might be allergic to (which nobody knows about until they are already wearing it) to getting a stye, etc. And remember, most (if not all) of the members need glasses so there could have been some surgeries happening for those, too. I have had operations on both eyes. They were covered when that happened and otherwise I would be fine to walk around, as long as I paid attention to my surroundings.
It's almost always a stye, which is just a fancy word for a zit on your eyelid. The combo of makeup, sweat, and oil make it a virtual guarantee for idols unless they're super obsessive about cleaning. Most gg members will suffer at least one or two during the course of their contract. Much like a zit, you just let it run its course and within a week or so it clears up and goes away. The patch is worn just to avoid the less than appealing look of the stye itself. If you see an idol with a patch on and haven't actually heard why they're wearing it (like when Wheein got a pyrotechnic spark in her eye) then just assume its a stye, it's a safe bet. It's not a particularly embarrassing thing beyond how it looks (no girl actively flaunts a zit), often if they're doing a Vlive and get asked about it they'll answer honestly.
Rice grain YOO is back 😁🤩 Also, when you tell your parents, friends, teachers etc., that you want to be an idol, astronaut, a panda cuddler.. etc. and they say NO, and you say "oh well, OK", that means You are Not passionate about it. If you can be steered away from your "goal" than you never been serious enough about it. That's also ok, not everyone knows early on what they want to do, experiences and mentors can help, but in the mean time find a job you can build on.
