    Sir why it is not working for other numbers... This trick works only for numbers like 1, 3, 6 and 9... What is the trick for other numbers in this case.

      This trick is also worked for number 12, 15, and 18. For those numbers, we multiply the numbers by 11, 111, 1111, and 11111.
      12^2=144
      (12x11)^2=1(7)4(2)4
      (12x111)^2=1(77)4(22)4
      (12x1111)^2=1(777)4(222)4
      (12x11111)^2=1(7777)4(2222)4
      15^2=225
      (15x11)^2=2(7)2(2)5
      (15x111)^2=2(77)2(22)5
      (15x1111)^2=2(777)2(222)5
      (15x11111)^2=2(7777)2(2222)5
      18^2=324
      (18x11)^2=3(9)2(0)4
      (18x111)^2=3(99)2(00)4
      (18x1111)^2=3(999)2(000)4
