TOKYO GROOVE JYOSHI(通称グル女)による3作目のEPアルバムが
3/25にデジタルリリース。
既にリリース済のシングルRISE UP,FOXY,LOVE SALTに新録音の
Small Hours,Liquid Sunshineの２曲を加えた５曲EPとなっている。
グル女音楽監督柴田俊孝氏作曲曲、ベース星野李奈作曲曲、ドラムMiMi作詞作曲曲、初代ベーシスト芹田珠奈アルトサックス参加曲、サポートミュージシャンであるテナーサックス今井晴萌、ギターのカワコウをフューチャーした曲とバラエティあふれるオリジナル曲で構成されている。

TGJ初代ベーシストの芹田珠奈がアルトサックスで参加。テナーサックスとの二管編成の美しいメロディとエレガントなGrooveのオリジナルインスト曲。

saxophone. Beautiful melody of two-saxophone and elegant Groove
original instrumental song.
FOXY
グル女ベーシストの星野李奈がグル女のために書き下ろしたインスト曲。
FOXYは魅力的でセクシーな女という意味のスラング、グル女が 東京を飛び出して世界でも存在感を示せる様になれ‼︎ という気持ちを込めて作った楽曲。

FOXY is a slang that means a charming and sexy woman, so that a”TGJ
can jump out of Tokyo and show their presence in the world!

LOVE SALT
グル女ドラマーの MiMi が自らの体験をもとに作詞作曲した原曲を、実力派若手サウンドクリエイター宮野弦士がアレンジしたグル女初の日本語によるシティポップ曲。
TGJ’s first CITY POP song in Japanese, arranged by talented young
sound creator Gento Miyano, based on the original song written and
composed by MiMi based on her own experience.
RISE UP
グル女音楽監督の柴田敏孝氏がグル女のために書き下ろしたオリジナル曲。RISE
UPのコンセプトはコロナ禍に見舞われたこんな世の中だからこそ、前向きに進もうという大きなテーマ、そしてグル女の次なるステージへの飛躍への思いが込められている。読売テレビ「今田耕司の
ネタバレMTG」エンディング曲。

The concept of RISE UP is because of the world that was hit by the
Covid-19, the big theme of moving forward, and the thought of TGJ leap
to the next stage.
Liquid Sunshine
ゲストプレイヤーのテナーサックスの今井晴萌、ギターのカワコウをフューチャーしたインスト曲。邦題は「お天気雨」、南国の変わりやすい天候をイメージした楽曲。アレンジは今井晴萌。
An instrumental song featuring guest player tenor saxophone Harumo and
guitarist Kawako. A song that imagines the changing weather of a
tropical island.
