I know this is old but as a Thai-American who has lived in America since I was 10, this means a lot to me to be able to have it explained so well. How will they put the great king inside the urn?. i dont understand. he is laying in state in a gold coffin until tomorrow and then they move the royal remains from the coffin to the urn?... all my respect to the great king rama 9 of thailand.

thats impossible, i belive that the king was lying in state in the coffin and today morning they moved the body to the royal urn just for the cremation ceremony,

Hi, the king body was placed in the royal funeral pyre couple days before at night time without any record. The urn is empty or content some sort of scripts inside.
