the level where you're stuck between 2 black pillars and you have to dodge the obstacles, there's a checkpoint, if you died after getting the checkpoint would you of had spawned in between those 2 black pillars, or could you of had cheesed the level by dying on purpose after getting the checkpoint?
Probably there is a second set of 2 black cannon pillars on that checkpoint.

I think Mario Maker 2 should have an opt-in system for editing levels. When you upload a levle there should be an option that you have to go out of your way to choose, that gives permission to people to download, edit, and do anything else they like with the level. This addresses all possible concerns while not making things more difficult for newer makers who didn't have the experience from the first game.
