No plan survives contact with the enemy is the old military maxim and it’s just as pertinent to model making! Stuff crops up and you sort it. Nicely done guv’nor 👍🏻👌🏻👏🏻
Thank you Sir Septic, I’m starting to wonder if I can do a ‘shiny’ model. I’ve got a 250 GTO to do next, can’t do a P plate special out of that. Maybe. Lol.
Cars don’t seem to rust like they used to, which sounds like a dumb thing to say but you still see roughies on the road, but not like you used to. Thanks JV.
Very cool build, I'm also building a model as I watched this video. It's a italeri rolls royce phantom II, but no more 4 door maharatza car😄. But a 2 door roadster with 8 cylinder inline engine
Thank you Ben! I sent an email about the interior of your MG, the original colour is blue, which doesn’t really go with the yellow, can I change it? Do you have a preference?
@@PBsRetroRestorations lol, i lived in Old for while, got a cheap Jackaroo and did some welding on it to make the rust holes smaller (think big bits of angle iron on the chassis!) when it went in for the roadworthy I left a carton of beer on the passenger seat.... needless to say it passed!
Great kit build PB, I attempted an Aoshima motorcycle build once and was disappointed with the quality of the mouldings and the fit, but I might be tempted to give one of their car kits a go after watching this. Keep up the good work..
Thank you. This is my first Aoshima, so maybe I got lucky but it really was a nice, flash free kit with tons of extra bits left over for dioramas and stuff.
Cracker Show today nice build😊, this doesnt have as much rust as ones I've seen, suit restoration 🤫🤣😂 Nice Build, have a great weekend 👊 Cheers 🍻🍺🇦🇺🤝🇦🇺😎👍 Yes I know no podium finish for me, it is what it is🤫🤣😂
@@PBsRetroRestorations yeah none here, but lots in Japan, looking at a Kit of the 4 door one as a mate has 1, which I removed all the rust back in the 80s, everyone was bagging him, bet there not now, he still has it, Cheers 🍻🍺🇦🇺🤝🇦🇺😎👍

Hello, I bought this model on Ebay, so most likely it will be started tomorrow, your video will definatley be a great help, thanks for sharing😊
Hi George, no worries and thank you. It's a really nice kit, no flash to speak of and fits together really well.
Love it. Mate, this is excellent
Thanks BK, you don’t get cars out on the road like that anymore, in the sense of falling apart at the seams.
Fantastic. 🤟🤠👍
Thank you 🙂
Excellent theme Peter, this turned out just right and definitely looks the part.all the best Martin 👌 👍
Thanks Martin, the cars change, but the themes stay the same with the young people lol.
You do make it look easy P.B love how this build turned out well done 👏
