I don't know if the customer asked you to do the work or not, but I think it's a good practice to also pull the belly pan and lubricate the gears, gear adjustment shaft and clean the friction drive disc as well as inspect the drive disk rubber. The whole job will only take 5 minutes and is a vital inspection in my opinion. However if the customer is unwilling to pay you for your work to do it then I understand.
