That pond is going to be absolutely beautiful once the grass grows in and it's full of water.
The property owner definitely made the right decision to hire the Dirt Perfect crew.
Of course Jerry kept you and Arron on your toesno lollygagging.
It's amazing how far the channel has come these past 4 or more years ago.
Post pandemic you really took off Mike.
    Congratulations on another great series.

This has been a great series, I am positive that the owner is extremely pleased. The site has enough natural elements that you were able to exploit to blend everything into the landscape creating an extraordinary water feature. I hope you can drop by and get so footage with the drone when it has filled. Thank you to you and the crew for sharing your days with all of us that have a DP addiction.

This has been one of your best projects yet for viewers. you have created a deep hole and the finished product is going to be great. Those rocks were there for you to make the most of and you have done them proud. What are you doing with the big rocks you pushed out of there?

Here I am again wishing I could repeat my history of work at the blacksmiths shop and on site doing something useful on site for all of you.
The worst place I worked in the 1970s was a slaughter house, and it was not mud we had to wade through.
The chemical pants were interesting Arsenic and the rest and at the age of 10+ the stuff I worked in has possibly caused some of my medical problems, [age now 61y annoying problems but nothing compared to other people suffer that I see as heroes ].
UV welding arc has stunted MBtS growth and for me as a shorty of 6ft 2in I still look up to him for his welding skill and fun.
all the best to you all

I am surprised you and Chris don't have showcase ponds. Properly deep and full of trout.
In Scotland, the largest wild brown trout is over 30lbs. Called a Ferox, it stops feeding in insects and eats other fish instead. A few of those, catch and release, or big pike. Superb!
I really liked this pond more than any other I have seen, it's the depth!

I've watched this whole series and now I know how they built the levie for a reservoir near my hometown. It was somewhat higher than this lake dam. And it was built when I was a small child. that was 70 years ago and the levie is still there even though the paper mill it was built for is no longer in business, and all the water was drained. I was always amazed at the way it held all that water without ever failing. Like yours, it was built by people that knew how, that knew the proper dirt to use, and took pride in what they did for a living.

I am no longer envious of your Thunder Creek trailer. Millennial Farmer just got a new one and I'm in lust. Any of those units are just great. Probably too new for Matt to find one in the weeds.
That Case is so impressive. Never thought I'd say that about a Case machine. The Minotaur is just as impressive.
I have to say that I wasn't all that impressed with this pond at the get go but it has turned out to be nothing short of fantastic. Hope you have made some good money on it. It will be fun to see it full with a boat floating in it. Pictures of this project should go a long way in landing more work. After a while loading and hauling dirt does get a bit old and you are ready to do something else. Hope to see the 22B on a job soon.
