@Marco Desu yeah he's super smart and op/ cool personality but not top1, your missing some of the real smart people out there like Light Yagami *(Death Note)* and in my opinion the real smartest person in anime Lelouch vi Britannia *(Code Geass)*. Also in case you haven't watched these I highly recommend you do especially if you enjoy anime with genius protagonists. P.S. some other mentions of next level IQ characters,

They don't really have them it was explained in the LN if you wanna read it check out a site called novel planet
It was told in the own anime. On that part, episode 5 or 4. Someone asked: What is the difference between the classes or something. Then he gave examples. One of them was about this.

Teachers are not really needed for the story, Tatsuya is the main character and he is a genius that has a IQ too high to be accurately measured. On a side note I think he would be an amazing teacher to the students of First High School.

That moment that you realize that he probably left those two circles on purpose so that it would blow him towards his opponent, and catch him off‐guard
If he wasn't restrained, he could've easily got those two circles. He had his powers sealed, and was making up the sequences as he went. I don't think Tatsuya ever used a CAD with a sequence embeded in it.
He doesn't really use those types of CADs. Plus, most of the spells he knows are military level too. Decomposition and Regrowth are prett OP ngl.
There is a lot more to Tatsuya’s snap vs Masaki than we think. Masaki’s shield was quite impenetrable and while Tatsuya could have broken it with his dispersion magic it would have been way to public and Tatsuya would of been found out as the god he is and he works pretty hard to keep these abilities secret. However Masaki’s shield did not block sound waves so he took a page out of Thanos playbook.
I think the specificity of the shield is that it isn't a "spell" its the result of a spell so he couldn't break it with gram dispersion but yes it doesn't work against sound

there are English translations up to volume 28.
Althought, after volume 17, the translations aren't professionally done, but it is still readable, and enjoyable.
