some dazzling jazz and blues improvs, but this is one traditional song i prefer to hear in its original state with a good stride left hand and some fills and technique to make it sound full. Still perhaps the best 2 handed take on this song to date
I can't pretend to not be thrilled with this level of playing. Others can say they have heard it all before but as for me...I'm in awe. I am so grateful to all those who brought such wonderful art to our culture and culture to our art.

What a hoot! Delightfully pianistic, kinda wonderfully 'overarranged.' Sounds more like one of those old piano rolls where the pianist overdubbed to get that fuller 'orchestration' in! Wonderful playing.

Hello Jeffrey...I stumbled upon your video of Sleigh Ride and so I ordered the disc, and although it isn't Christmas yet, I listen to it frequently. I am anxious to learn the rendition of Un Sospiro/In the Bleak Midwinter, but can not tack down the score anywhere. Carolyne Taylor has two books out of similar arrangements of things, but this one is not included. Can you advise me. Thanks, John
