Hello Andrew. "Gappa:The trifibian monster" (1967) was released originally and distributed by Deran film services. That tape you have is a bootleg tape and could of been found in the "Big video sale shop" in my Town, the one with the Tower. who used to repackage public domain films on 60 min tape, i guess its like the best of compilation.
I've had the Geek VHS in the past. I recall it going on about a geek would bite the heads off chicken etc.. But this is the form of geek that I discover (from Nightmare Alley) was a carnival attraction of the past.. They would often take a homeless person or such and keep them in a kind of horrible way up make them act weird.. rather different from how the word has evolved
I regular buy vhs and betamax from UK e bay. They mostly are video nasty pre-certs though. I hate to bid, would much rather a "buy it now" and at a reasonable price. My all time favorite tapes from UK are the the VIPCO "Strong Uncut Version" vhs and betamax pre-certs of ZOMBIE FLESH-EATERS. I have five in total and amazingly 2 of my copies are brandnew, never used and in shrink-wrap. Love you channel by the way👍👍
