Some great shots from Edinburgh, Keith. I've only visited the outskirts of Edinburgh in order to visit the zoo with the family. It does look like a great city for photography.

Thanks for the tip on hearing aids and railcards - I'll get my application in soon.

Hi Kevin. The only proof you need is a copy of the front of your battery record book or a private provider prescription. It normally takes a couple of weeks to process, but I paid for express service and got it in a couple of days. Cheers, Keith

Thanks Keith. My mum's homeland. Nice shots. I'm actually watching early ACDC vids in their very early days in Australia.

Thanks Marco. It is an easy place to photograph. Let there be rock! Cheers, Keith

Hello Keith. Another very enjoyable video and some great shots, all the better given you were ‘on the hoof’ as it were. I find your videos very inspiring and I’ve ended up starting a little project recently. The better half finally got her way and we got a dog. So that was my cue to buy a point and shoot camera to use on dog walks. This has now turned into a new point and shoot camera for each month. You are a very bad influence Keith and I can only thank you for that. Keep up the good work!

Bloody hell, it can take me over an hour on the train from Stirling.
If you do go back to Edinburgh try Calton Hill and St Margaret's Loch in Holyrood Park. You can't avoid the tourists at any time of the year unfortunately but unless you want to be chilled to the bone I'd wait until a nice spell in the Spring.
On the way up the narrow lane up Calton Hill if you look there's a wrought iron gate on the left and a sign saying Rock House. That's where Hill and Adamson took some of the first photo's ever in Scotland. Its now a National Trust holiday let.

Thanks Iain. It may be a little while before I have built up the stamina for more hills. Cheers, Keith

@@theoldunsshot1005 Yeah, Edinburgh always gets me like that. Just being there is a full day's workout.
If its inclement weather (never heard of in Scotland 😆) and you have time for a museum then I can also recommend the National Portrait Gallery (beautiful building in itself) or the City Art Gallery (just outside Waverley Station), which has varied exhibitions.

Hi Keith, had the same issue with a charity as you. However they only refunded when I asked them where it was and they said they'd lost it.

Hi Andrew. I don't know which one you had the issue with, but this was one of the biggies with shops everywhere. Cheers, Keith

@@theoldunsshot1005 So was mine. The camera never got dispatched and when I queried it they said they couldn't find it.
