For those who are confused, this character is extremely weak and is in desperate need of a buff but smilegate (developing company) refuses to listen and it also does not help that he’s the most pulled 4 star moonlight unit (extremely rare units)

MLDB is only a 20% proc chance but it literally procs like 99% of the time if its defense.
