Going back to the ROOTS.
My idea/intention for this cover is to remind people
about the origins of Paco de Lucía.
I'm sure that I am not the only one who wishes
to hear his early compositions captured with all this
new and modern equipment we have nowadays...Although I know it's impossible for me to play
his pieces the way he did, this is what I can
offer for the time being.

I think when we talk about such a master level of performing, it’s no longer a cover, or an interpretation attempt - it’s a new way to look at the piece. And seeing that you nailed it all around as usual, Luciano.. I’ve got to say it’s a mind blowing playing. An I love how you play compas by the way. Nearly every video you post! No way to describe it better. If it were the first time I hear this piece I would say that is a world class performance with no need to compare to anything.

Evidentemente no podemos tocar como el maestro, pero, no por eso deja de ser alcanzable para los humanos poder acercarse a su grandeza como lo haces tu. Si nos fijamos en cualquier violinista, pianista, etc... todos tocan piezas de los grandes maestros, ¿ porqué nosotros nos sentimos mal cuando intentamos tocar las piezas de los maestros del flamenco ?, es más, ¿ no tocan los guitarristas clasicos obras de otros clasicos, e incluso con partitura por delante y nadie les critica ?. Debemos sentirnos orgullosos de tener a personas como Luciano que nos acerca a los dioses de la guitarra, enhorabuena y un abrazo.
No hay que sentirse mal por querer interpretar a los grandes, sobre todo si nos hace felices, saludos.

Una domanda Sai qualcosa sulla sua partecipazione al Montreux Jazz Festival del 1987 quando suonò "La tumbona ( bulerias)" il pezzo su RUclips è un esempio di come deve essere amplificata la chitarra e anche come inquadrature. "Ruba" tutto quello che è possibile "rubare". Un saluto. A proposito della tua esecuzione noi diciamo: "un cià ri' nenti". Trad. lett." Non gli devi dire niente".

Nadie le quita nada a este chico que es un gran guitarrista….Dicho esto, ese es el problema de tocar los temas de Paco de Lucía… es que como necesitan tanta técnica y nadie todavía puede presumir de tener una técnica tal cual lo tenía Paco, el riesgo es que resalten más una carenza técnica que el sentido del tema…Por otra parte, Paco mismo también lo decía: Se pueden fallar 1000 veces en la técnica pero no se puede fallar ni una vez en la interpretación…Eso es muy difícil

Hi Luciano, you play every piece so good, clear, perfect compass that sometimes seems to be better than the original. Some notes I clearly can her during playing but in the original one not at all. You really should make one or more videos of your playing methodology, from idea to play piece to execution like this. You play with so ease and elegance that it seems perfectly simple to all of us to play like you! "Simplicity of perfection"

La armonia beasileña el queria hacer el flamenco brasileño el mismo me lo dijo una noche hace 30 años desgracidamente murio y no pudo hacerlo a ver si ustedes pueden? Only to discover that Gianola didn't realize Paco put the capo on II fret... All, all of his fingerings were wrong as a result, so I never learned it...

I would like to know how did you manage to achieve that your playing is so clear, you don't make mistakes, did you always play a piece slowly first and then gradually increase the speed? Of course technical exercises improve the technique, but when technique is applied to a piece it is much different. How long have you been playing? 15 years?
