She's very well spoken: calm, concise, monotone, and a very humble demeanor. This is what I'd like to see more - with other Khmer beauty pageant contestants. One could delivered a captivating speech and not having to loose control, by becoming extremely loud with the annoying shoutings. Take note: Khmer beauty queens.
