After a few hours of playing this new mode and some research. I'm feeling like it's basically a $3 million modshop with oveely priced vehicles not really practical in freemode. So you're just spending maaany millions for fancy vehicles in a gamemode that just pays average and you'll never make the money back. Am I missing something about this mode that makes it seem more worth spending $10 million for a madmax style car?
It appears to be based off of the ripsaw ev3 made from Howe and Howe tech. The 4 seater variant that is. It's nice to see it be included in gta online. The ripsaw has been one of my dream vehicles since forever.

Jump boost, turn a bit sideways and hit the shunt boost. A master can fly this thing faster than jets and even break the sky barrier or ocean wall barriers. One broken feature is the ability to take off the weapons, mines, decorative spikes, and the ram in order to go into passive mode which is broken because you can kill other players by shunt boosting npc vehicles into them.
I was really surprised when this DLC dropped out of nowhere, I luckily still had 14 million in my bank account so I could buy the new property, 2 vehicles and some new clothing items! My friends on the otherhand weren't expecting any DLC to be released in december cuz they thought Rockstar gave up GTA Online. Now they can't buy anything cuz they are broke! I feel bad for them
Ok so I noticed at 0:25 that once you bought it, you can store it like any ole car. I got questions I want straight..... Can I buy it without buying the Arena? Can I upgrade basics (armor, speed, etc) at any workshop or do I have to have Arena to upgrade anything in general? (ie Office Garage, LS Customs, etc) I basically want it because it's cool. I will not, or never will be, interested in doing Arena. I don't do PVP stuff.
I get that some people have full time jobs and don't have time for many things they want to do. But if you have the time you need to work for what you want. That's how the world works.

The modes are, but the Trade Price unlocks for everything are random, just like Gunrunning Research. Apparently you have to level up 1000 times with the new Experience Points (AP, Arena Points) to unlock everything?
Oh something that might have flown under the radar for most, the ramp car and truck had their 100 car glitches fixed. They can now ram Infinite cars. At least that’s what reddit told me. I haven’t tested it out.

Its exactly what it is. Its unfair for the people.that don't glitch though. But it also a vicious circle as people started glitching due to prices, the more they rise the more players will do money glitches.
i like the motor wars events, reminds me of car wars-esque gameplay, always hoped car wars would get it's own release with background and sideplay. doesn't scream gta to me, but still fun enough.

All of these vehicles are aesthetic. They look scary but are range from ineffective to harmless lol. They won't save you from any of the Gunrunning, Nightclub, or even I/E weaponized vehicles.

There are different variants for each vehicle, there is the Apocalypse Scarab, Future Shock Scarab, and the Nightmare Scarab.
You can Also Shunt boost in Midair, so if you pair that with the Vertical Jump you can just through yourself around like nothing.
