The 3rd season was a logical ending point. Better to have a great show that didn't overstay its welcome than a show with great early seasons followed by garbage money milking seasons.
I love it when they came out of the cave and he was like: "well that was really dissapointing, I was really looking forward to having a dragon on our team now"
I like that since none of them looked you can interpret the dragon as being in the mind of the "crazy" dragon lady, so it's ambiguous whether or not this puts the show in a fantasy setting or not. (it might have been better though if we didn't see the dragon at all (or maybe if we couldn't tell for sure what we were seeing).)
Have you watched Lilyhammer or Beforeigners? It's a little more serious, but it's also really stupid and carries the same sense of humor. Oh I should rewatch
I have a similar bald story so i know how deep an insult gets when ur hair is thin. ONe of my friends caught me when the sun was at an angle that showed my balding head; then he uttered loud "Hahaha Hoenir, Ive seen better hair on a coconut!!" - That was the last time i had hair :D
If anything tell that friend you got that bald spot polished up so his sister can see what her O-Face looks like in it, hope that lil dig serves ya well my dude
Anybody knows in what episode one Viking starts a vote to agree on a human sacrifice, but the obvious female victim quickly starts a second vote to chose the Viking to be the sacrificed, and he grudgingly accepts ? The best line I know to explain the basic rights in democracy.
I showed a buddy of mine an episode of this one time, the one where they capture the theatre guy from Britain and he wakes up with them peeing in this mouth. He loved it. A couple days later he texted me that he started watching it and took off work to binge the whole show.
Netflix style, they take good stuff out or cancel it, but leave forced politically correct boring stuff there... I'm a writer and I would like one of my novels to be a mini series or animated series, we are working on it...but not on Netflix. I rather better not having it published, than having it on Netflix all changed into nonsense to meet trends.
Unlike what a lot of people seem to think it wasn't Netflix decision to cancel. Netflix got this show from Norwegian Broadcasting (NRK) which made it, and in Norway it is not common to run shows for as many seasons as in the US. I cannot really think of any Norwegian show with much more than 3 seasons.
We norwegian call it rulle r (rolling r) its something oslo folk and eastern Norwegians have in their accent. varg actor is a Oslo born. I have a skarre R (sharp R) since im a southerner and its the most common R you hear in Spanish speaking countries.

it goes under norsemen or vinkingane. it got cancelled after 3 seasons, but the 3 seasons are definitely worth the watch. pecially if you love things like the office and what we do in the shadows
just realized dude with the burned face is jarl borg from vikings, he was the dude that took blood eagle like a champ if you dont remember
Yeh I was just about to comment that but you beat me to it... by 2 weeks
Same… only by 2 years
Omg its true.
A habit of getting captured by his enemies.
Thx the gods Orm was there to save him 🤣
I love how these guys are all serious actors, but they don't take themselves too seriously lol. They're all cast so well 👏 👏 👏
They are just acting like Norwegians
So, basically. The whole premise of Norsemen.
Is because Jarl Varg was going bald.
JINXED!
Every great fantasy story of the west comes down to a white dude stricken with the evils of balditude. From Lex Luthor to Horus.
thinnest mane in all of Midgard
@@Agamemnon-w9x🤣🤣😂😂😂
The show is genius, baffled by the decision to cut it.
You have to understand that basically every Norwegian actor was involved in this production. We do want to watch other stuff as well.
season 3 wasn't nearly as good as the first 2. it's sad but i can understand the decision.
It wasn't cut. It ran for 3 seasons and exhausted all avenues. It's a show you can watch over and over like The Office.
@@lesjf8832 It was cancelled by NRK1 and Netflix.
I dont think it needed more seasons. The story is told from start to finish. I would also like more seasons but it doesnt need any.
I miss this show. Far to short. Need at least 5 seasons.
Game of Thrones took eight whole series to get the pointy end straight to its dragon lady's bazookas - Norsemen delivers justice at a fast-food pace.
Beautifully written.
Make season 4 ,
This show was an absolute comedic gem !
The dude who plays Jarl Vargs is an amazing actor.
Jon Øigarden...
The ring when Jarl Varg says ‘orrrrrrrmmmmmm’ rings in my ears on the daily.
A brilliant series with brilliant acting.
Funny thing varg started a war just cause his hairloss🤣🤣
Varg became evil because of hairloss. He killed his loving wife because of it 😂
I really saw it all come down as soon as his best friend joked about his hair
Lol and then yarl borg is just standing right next to a bald dude who doesn’t give af
That's the Varg I know and love. A complete psycho.
Technically, he started a war cuz someone lightly teased him 😂
Torstein is a underrated character
The actor played the character so well
Hes a dupe in all scenes but one--when he barges in on the feast after Norheim raided to the west, in that scene he is a convincing menace
Probly one of the funniest in the show!
Jarl Varg is just...just 100 % pure gold comedy....well written... EXCELLENT EXECUTION
🤣I like how serious the scene looks but that "You cannot jinxed hair" is epic
Its a shame this never got a 4th season.

For people who don't know this is from a tv series called Norsemen, it is a comedy, and is a genuinely funny show.

I love that show.
5 minutes into this series I was hooked .
aaah yes ... the Attestuepa
In her defense, I did see the dragon back there.
Varg’s accent makes things way funnier
And the way he moves,, should have made at least 20 seasons, netflix often makes some strange choices.
Varg is Awesome
What a great series, even funnier the second time around!
So this is what Jarl Borg did before meeting Ragnar
Are we seriously going to ignore the word Bazookas having been around in Viking times???
All this while standing in a Tractor Cut and raked field … You can see the Grill lines everywhere 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
“I’ve seen some veeery good drawing”
No wonder it takes so long for the series to come out. They make both A norwegian version and a english version.
The way jarl varg says "of course" is so cool... 🤣🤣🤣
Haha this is better than Vikings

I like how torstien is laughing on Jarl Bjorn with Jarl Varg even tho he knows it is completely illogical to have a dragon
They didn't have the budget for a dragon, so that's why they weren't allowed to look.
