    The best part of Commercial is the network you get access to. Competition is less, but so is inventory.
    The worst part of Commercial in my expertise is having to deal with MNCs, especially foreign one's trying to enter the market. The time they take to procure an approval internally is typically 1-2 months, by when, the land lord has already received another bid and you're back to Step 1 and another round of approvals.

    I find the commercial market hard to navigate in Dubai.. it’s as if it is a big secret or agents don’t tend to that sector much. We have been trying to find a commercial space from particular developers and it’s has been a blank space for several months… I’m not talking about the spaces you see for rent on bayut or property finder, I’m talking for example renting a retail space in a Emaar or nakheel development. No one answers their phone or emails. And when you do find agent to represent you, that relationship goes nowhere. I’ve never experienced a market like this
