SMOOTHIE RECIPE
🍒Smoothie
loose mixed green (fill the mixer until the top lose) baby green mix from Costco
about 6 or 7 banana
1 tbsp. hemp seed
2 glass of water
1 glass of coconut water
2 tbsp. collagen (optional)
🌿ALL PURPOSE CLEANER
1 and a half cup water
1/2 tsp dish soap
10 drops of jasmine or lemon oil
For fall vibes change the essential oils to :
3 drops of cinnamon leaf essential oil
3 drops of pumpkin spice essential oil
3 honey apple essential oil
🌿GLASS CLEANER
50% water + 50% vinegar
or
50% water + 50% rubbing alcohol
Fermented veggies you can use any vegetables the more kind is the better but you have to use cabbage.
Thin slices carrots , reddish, cauliflower, cabbage
Thick slices cucumber, zucchini, pepper
spices : garlic, mustard seeds, bay leaf, black pepper, salt
Ferment it at least 4 hours or overnight. Put them into jars very tightly and cover it with the juice that comes out of the mix, Keep it in the fridge up to 6 months.
Marble breakfast cake
6 eggs (7 if you have smaller eggs)
1/2 cup almond milk (or whatever type of milk you have)
1tbsp vanilla flavor
1/4 cup maple syrup
2tbsp ghee
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup gluten free (Namaste brand) flour
1 tsp baking soda
First bit up the eggs until it's foamy (kitchen aid does it very nicely) then add all the rest of the ingrediencies.
Grease the glass dish and pour into mixture. Mix 1/2 cup of maple syrup with 2 and a half tbsps. cacao powder and pour that chocolate mixture over the cake mix.
Bake it for 35- 40 minutes on 350 Fahrenheit

So excited to see what you do next. For me, I was envisioning a couch under the window in the front room and some end tables and a couple of chairs at your home. I always love to dream of what I would do in other peoples home. My Mother in Law caught me one time when my husband and her were having a serious conversation at her apartment. She was like Janet!! Yes! here we use that in our toilet bowl. For water stain or marks . Use face mask whenever you are cleaning the fire place... I did not have the time to watch this vid last night . Awesome video as always! I really like how you overlaid the music but kept the cleaning sounds!
I know you get good results initially with the pumas stone but it does erode the porcelain finish and soon you get scratches and gunk builds up in the scratches and you ruin the finish on your toilet. I cleaned professionally for 15 years. Hard water is horrible I have found the vinegar solution and a magic eraser to work the best. Happy cleaning 😉

I just ordered the blue glass bottles. I have tried the vinegar dish soap mixture for the tub and it worked amazing. No more harsh chemicals! I used to wear a mask before. Ugh!
I didn't realize at first that the pumpkin on the couch was a pillow - I thought you were playing a prank to see which of the guys would sit on the pumpkin. HAHA!

I like the idea of vacuuming around the bottom of the toilet before wiping. I hate when all the lint gets stuck when I’m wiping and I just tend to move it around. Going to try that out.

I must say the best thing I bought was the steam mop as my whole house is hardwood floors. What vacuum do you use?
Somehow it's so satisfying watching you clean. I noticed you don't wear gloves. I started cleaning with natural cleaners, including vinegar, a while back and my hands are cracked after using vinegar without gloves. I'd love to know what king of hand cream are you using?
Hi! I bought one of the long skinny brushes that you have in the beginning of this video. I use it everywhere! I use it as a duster and it makes the task so fast. Even my kids and husband like to use it!

Yo clean the glass in the fireplace, use a Ball made with foil paper. It does not Scratch the glass and It cleans It easily.
Where do you buy all your furniture I love the decor and style also I need a small couch that makes into a bed and has storage , please list all your cleaning supplies and kitchen bathroom and bedrooms all are beautiful . Where did you get your table and chairs plants vacuum love your flooring too .
Use a spray bottle with AMONIA to clean your glass on the fireplace......it's much easier!!
Btw- Fruit flys and insects don’t like mint or rosemary. Maybe some essential oil on cotton balls near your fruit might help?
