Great workout! I am not quite a baby boomer but wanted a basic easy step workout. I decided to add a riser for a challenge, but I had to drop them bad boys at around 26 min!! No shame! So glad I did this before the side lunges! 😂 Thank you for a great workout! I’ll be back!!!

Hi Paul Eugene...my fav exercise tapes from back in the day were Jane Fonda & Gin Miller step tapes. Now that I'm 67 I can't do them but I've been searching for one I could complete. This is it! I just completed the whole routine and can't wait until tomorrow morning to do it again!!!
