hi mate, i've been using a similar system with beşiktaş as well (seen it in the zealand's fans tactics video) it works really well with double liberos and a bpd on cover
I almost did this without meaning to. I have 5 roles: 2 CF 2 IF 2 MEZ 2 WB (at WB position) 2 BPD To make it 4 roles, I'd probably do 3 CF and turn the MEZ into CM with instructions that "Mezzala-ize" them (use the same instructions that MEZ have naturally)
