Thanks, Henry! I miss Montana! If you ever hear of a goofy lady that left her car running at the train depot in Livingston, who went inside the museum, lol, leaving the car to over heat.....with the fire department coming to tend to it..... THAT was me! I hang my head in shame! LOL! Well, I parked in the parking lot of the train museum and in my excitement, I saw a train was coming through. Like an airhead, I quickly hopped out to film it and (Lol) left the car running (I couldn't hear the car, in my defense. ha!)! Then I just took my ole sweet time browsing the museum! What a dork I am! SMH.....BUT....I got some good footage of the train!! LOL
This was a fantastic video! I absolutely love Livingston! If my brother hadn't have moved to Bigfork, that would have been my pick of places to live.
If you and Mel wouldn't mind taking a look at what I do with Montana pine needles, that would thrill me! I built a website and stuck my hobby on a few of the pages: www.voicesinheaven.com/montana-ponderosa-pine-needle-baskets
I have a couple pages of the ones I've sold. Tell me what you think, maybe. :)
Thanks again for doing this Livingston video. It is definitely a place I plan to revisit...maybe bump into you all and Dennis Quaid! Hee

haha. The silly things we do. I hope your car wasn't damaged in anyway. Not even remotely the silliest thing that has happened around here. You create some lovely baskets, especially with the turquoise worked in. And the patterning is really wonderful. I'll pin this post so maybe people can see the link. -H

@CityWalks You're kind, thanks!! Well, I did have to go to an automotive store up the road for more coolant, but I think🤔 that's it. Thank goodness! Yes, it was a silly move on my part.
BTW, I remember close to Livingston was the motel used in the movie, Horse Whisperer. I stopped by there too and the kind lady showed me the room Robert Redford used in the scene. Kinda cool

I was born and raised in Livingston. Went to high school there in the '60s. When I graduated in '65, I went to the war, came back and saw things had not changed much. Then with all the movies and actors moving in, things changed real fast. Today, it is unrecognizable from 50 -- 60 years ago. All my friends have left or been buried.

Maybe I'm wrong , but Livingston seems like an excellent example of a what smaller town can be when it welcomes and supports the arts. Having bookstores and art galleries really elevates a town.

Yeah it’s not for everyone but it’s how I do things. Luckily there are plenty of other great walking channels that don’t talk. Thanks for stopping buy and giving your feedback. -H

We would no longer exist and it's expected to blow anytime in the next 120,000 years or so. -H

I love his work. I was lucky enough to interview him for a Visit Montana campaign about 10 years ago and he was such a nice and interesting person. Thanks for watching and commenting -H
