Don't feel bad about giving a bad review. I am glad you guys are honest. For the price of what you paid it should be better. The atmosphere was great there but I honestly am the type of guy who would appreciate awesome food at a better price. Glad you did the review so I can skip that one place on my trip. Thanks
Have you two ever tried the food/drink at La Cappela? I loved the views when I was there. Got some great shots. I didn't love the breakfast food, but the supper menu looked great.
Having been to both Freddy's and Coco's, I have to choose Coco's, especially for their great garden area. Another fun place for breakfast (believe it or not, because it's such a "classic" place) is La Palapa. Right on the sand--your chair will sink down into it. But the food is first rate and excellently prepared. Your review of Café des Artistes is interesting; I've never had a meal there that was less than stellar. Other places in PV which I love are Tre Piatti and Bodegón de Pastas (which is even smaller than Il Pesce--maybe about 7 or 8 diners fit there, tops). They make their own pasta and it's fantastic. They also allow you to bring your own wine and they'll uncork it for you. If you love Vietnamese food, it would be unforgivable to not go to Let's Pho. It's unbelievably good!
Just looked up Il Pesce, and Google Maps says it is temporarily closed. 😞I was hoping to go there in November or January when I go to PV. I hope by either time I go to PV it will be opened again.
@Wakingupwiththewangs no problem. Love the content. Would you ever do a review of some restaurants in the Hotel zone. Also would you ever do reviews of farmers markets in PV and surrounding areas? Just a thought....😉
Thank you for the support!! Yes, it’s definitely our goal to explore more of PV! Stay tuned :) Also, Il Pesce is back! Let us know what you think after! :)
the chef probably was having a bad day at cafe des artistes because the food is always good there and not far from there is a tapas restaurant call Barcelona witch is very good. Can you please the address for Il Pesce restaurante since i will be in PV for five months
You’re not the first to mention this! Not sure why both times we went, it didn’t live up to what we were hoping for! Barcelona is on our list of places to go! Thanks for letting us know and thanks for visiting!
I found Cafe de Artistes way overhyped… Barcelona Tapas is my fav!
Barcelona Tapas is on our list!
Try El Panorama next time. Amazing views and food! Lolita's for breakfast.
