@@I_Unintentionally_Morph Dear, Galaxy S series starting from S7 snapdragons phones usually have locked bootloader which cannot be unlock, i have left buying snapdragon S series phones since when s7 was lunched, just because we cannot do flash custom roms, i remember doing flashing on S3 verizon which cannot get custom rom and did by tweak modifed file which force to flash custom recovery a,d after that mobile got totally bricked and never get repaired again
i did not select nand erase while flashing custom recovery, nand erase to be select while flashing stock rom if u want, now try to flash stock rom to make ur set boots
