Beautiful drive through a varied landscape, as we go from the big city of Tokyo to the mountains, enjoying also some sea views on the way. What I don't like though is how they build the motorway in Odawara, on the seaside, practically separating the town from the sea. Is this motorway new? in Europe they made the same mistakes in the 60s or 70s, nowadays they are thinking of correcting some of them and build on another alignment.

Thank you! It's actually very old, built in 1967. If it were planed today, I guess, we wouldn't have been able to build it in this way.
