Hey there Utah Coach here. I have a girl currently ranked number 1 in the state, but she is really struggling with opening up her left arm too far, too early. What drills do you have to help with this?
hey congrats. well we’d look at the cause of the problem then address the drills causing the issue. . typically its a balance/ timing issue and we’d look at drills that impact that. we we address in our system. that may seem vague but it could be a number of things causing the arm to open.
@@aretethrowsnation well she starts he r initial turn rather aggressively and I've been trying to get her to slow down and balance on the left foot. Do you have any other suggestions?
