- Without going into the grime of it, 2022 was a horrible, gutting, shitstorm of a year. But that's the thing, here is where transformation and growth lie. I'm proud to have made it through even though my mind had convinced me otherwise. It made me value my friends more, I made new connections, gained new experiences and insights and learnt to appreciate what I had. The sum of these helped me start to process my feelings, and I continue to do so today. Also very grateful for my eclectic interest in heavy genres of music - it's a way to feel my feelings, it's always been that way and I wouldn't have any other way.
All these complex emotions have been channelled into the making of this video, I truly hope you like it and resonate with it. Let it serve as a reminder that you'll be okay if you stick to taking small actionable steps towards getting better. I know it's really really hard, but it's also not unachievable. If you're reading this and dealing with anything, I hope you figure it out at your own pace, you got this. You'll be okay, even though your brain is trying to convince you otherwise. Don't let the shadow win, just acknowledge its presence and move forward. Take care of yourself, and thanks for reading this far.

Now...On a lighter note henceforth, shooting near water, over water, underwater, is no fkn joke. This shoot was a REAL challenge from scraping together the lights, cameras and other equipment, figuring out how to make them less aquaphobic to figuring out how to sing underwater (Who the fuck does that even?). But that's the fun of it, DIY shoots are always a massive leap in how to level up anyone's innovation skills, flex your creativity and figure out all the problems that come up.
A massive THANK YOU to Devansh Mathur & Kusuma Santapoori for risking all their precious filming equipment, in and around water and for their general enthusiasm to help me bring my over-the-top ideas to life.Can proudly say we blew this one OUT OF THE WATER. hilarious

Mixed and Mastered by the sonic genius, Abhilash Tirkey. I've worked with him on several of my projects in the past but this was our first time doing an end-to-end audio production, from recording to final master. He really brought his best game and absolutely killed it. It was a blast recording in a sound studio for the first time. Also thanks for sorting out the studio itself.

Yuenkee for the last-minute help with colour grading, fixing and salvaging what we all initially thought of as unusable footage. I gave up multiple times in the middle because I was just not able to crack the grades - a tedious task with all the different base footage.
