They have automation, names, and rules that I don't like very much. Using ranges, i have the ultimate freedom. When it comes to creating dashboards, tables are essential for pivot tables and quick charts and graphs. I hope this helps and thanks so much.

I'm not a "complete newbie" but when I try to increase the decimal places to 4, at the invoice it's possible, but then when I Load the invoice only appears 2 decimals, and that affects the value of the invoice. For sure it's my mistake. but I was checking all macros, name ranges and conditional formattings and I could not get to a solution. Thank you once again for sharing all your expertise. Kinde regards

Hey thanks, unfortunately I'm not a patreon so I followed everything from the video and added some features to it like conditional formatting for the invoice list based on the date so that I can see quickly overdue invoices, PO number, wrote my version of the pdf save (makes a pdf per page then invoke pdftk server to merge them and then delete the temporary pdf), last save date code and last export/print code to compare version and authentication, a button to pull up a userform to add items in the item list sheet amd finally a note field that is on top of the invoice. Next feature I want to add is print/save as pdf a summary invoice from date to date.

Hi Kash, yes sure you can. You would want to clear all of the Invoice data and then update your 'Next Invoice ID' formula to =IFERROR(Max(Inv_ID)+1,50) I hope this helps and thanks so much.

You can guide me to be a cafe manager, use the shape to draw a table (the number of tables I customize) when I choose a certain table it will show a drink for me to choose (then put all the information to order drinks in 1 board) when the table has selected the dish will be colored differently from the table that has not ordered and has a payment button. After payment, the table will return to its original color. one button can edit previously ordered table, one button to print receipt.

Hello Randy, Great job on this video. I have a question, i keep getting this error message The item with the specified name wasn't found on the Worksheet_SelectionChange sub Highlighting Set Cal = Shapes ("Calendar "). I am using the pop up Calendar which i installed properly And from the video tutorials there is a macro link on the PopUpCal macros that enables the Calendar to show on the Invoice sheet. So what seems to be the problem cause i understand that the Calendar shape is on the CalPopUp sheet and not on the invoice sheet. I would really love your response on this error as it is the only error keeping the invoice designer from running. Thank you in advance. Cheers
HI and thanks so much. You can just copy the calendar from the pop-up sheet, into the Invoice sheet and that should solve the issue. It may have been deleted from the Invoice sheet.
