Spot on. I just resigned in July 2019 from a company I founded in WI and by year 4 we hit $20million by year 10 opened 16 operational branches in multiple states. Did business in all states excluding West Virginia. I’m a female in construction human capital (man’s world) and I did the right thing by resigning (hard to do but no one ever said doing the right thing is easy). And 80% of the business was quick decision making off my gut instinct. Would love to do business with someone who is straight forward and speaks the truth to your very core!

As for resigning after almost 11 years… business is hard enough but to add shade to that, just not into doing business that way. Few years back i was assistant to a wealthy pen artist and within the short period i worked with him i observed that he had quite a chunk of investment everywhere, stocks, crypto, dividend investing to name a few, so he had revenues coming in from all angles. And in a year his worth doubled. With this i learned that the rich stay rich by investing.

Help me understand this: the Bitcoin miners need massive amounts of electricity to operate, and they get that electricity from coal plants burning coal to produce electricity. They call this dirty and no good for the economy. If an electric car, use a tesla for example, needs to recharge, it gets its electricity from a coal plant that burns coal. This is NOT frowned upon. As a matter of fact, I don’t even hear anybody talking about it. WHY NOT? Why is it not talked about? And how does the electric vehicle have NO carbon footprint when in fact it gets its electricity from coal plants? Can somebody help me understand this please?

My wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, we are finding it impossible to replace it. We can get by, but cant seem to get ahead. Whats more, by adhering to ESG and Carbon Credit metrics that are untethered from the material world, the 90 worst polluters can simply continue business as usual without reducing their carbon footprint or sustaining a dramatically negative impact to their bottom line...all while the rest of humanity (responsible for the other 1/3 of emissions) is subject to what will be the greatest wealth transfer ever from the working, middle and small business classes, and that sucking sound will come in the form of carbon taxes and higher cost of goods and services. The beautify of this racket? It wont make a lick of difference on the environment -it was never meant to, its a wealth transfer mechanism and a competition killer, that all. It ain't rocket science. Spot on. I just resigned in July 2019 from a company I founded in WI and by year 4 we hit $20million by year 10 opened 16 operational branches in multiple states. Did business in all states excluding West Virginia. I’m a female in construction human capital (man’s world) and I did the right thing by resigning (hard to do but no one ever said doing the right thing is easy). And 80% of the business was quick decision making off my gut instinct.

Help me understand this: the Bitcoin miners need massive amounts of electricity to operate, and they get that electricity from coal plants burning coal to produce electricity. They call this dirty and no good for the economy.
If an electric car, use a tesla for example, needs to recharge, it gets its electricity from a coal plant that burns coal. This is NOT frowned upon. As a matter of fact, I don’t even hear anybody talking about it. WHY NOT? Why is it not talked about? And how does the electric vehicle have NO carbon footprint when in fact it gets its electricity from coal plants? Can somebody help me understand this please?
Because even though most electric cars do get charged with dirty energy, in the near future most of the energy will be cleaner and cleaner.

Totally agree!!! Not only under qualified but completely uneducated in areas that really matter to govern effectively. They lack a basic understanding of business, economics, and most have never had a job outside either government or education…so no real world experience.

Well that would be impossible to do considering I'm in my late 50s and I'm more interested in investments that could set me up for retirement in my 60s, my goal is at least $2million.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me,I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets,Up 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

I hate to say it, but to make the big money similar to hedge funds, in this market, you gotta hedge sometimes with derivatives and/or short a surely-dropping security. Still, no more than 10% in derivative positions at any given time.
Alot of Flathead Valley locals may not like it but I welcome the change. A rising tide floats all ships & it's good for all businesses.. I've been in the oil industry & I've been looking for a change in careers and I like data center management is just the spot.

Heres the joke you don't get: In a world where 90 corporations generate 2/3 of all man-made greenhouse emissions, the extent to which ESG metrics are ideological (not material), is the extent to which ESG is untethered from reality and the market.
And yes, Mr Wonderful, the same goes for financial Carbon Credit derivatives which may or may not be shite-tier in terms of the underlying sequestration asset (sub prime 2.0, anyone?).
Whats more, by adhering to ESG and Carbon Credit metrics that are untethered from the material world, the 90 worst polluters can simply continue business as usual without reducing their carbon footprint or sustaining a dramatically negative impact to their bottom line...all while the rest of humanity (responsible for the other 1/3 of emissions) is subject to what will be the greatest wealth transfer ever from the working, middle and small business classes, and that sucking sound will come in the form of carbon taxes and higher cost of goods and services.
The beautify of this racket? It wont make a lick of difference on the environment -it was never meant to, its a wealth transfer mechanism and a competition killer, that all. It ain't rocket science.

Nepal has high potential in generating hydroelectricity and in Nepal ,there is no any more data center till now. So it will be heaven if Data centers open in Nepal .Nepal is lagging behind in technology so if data centers in Nepal, there will be rapid development of technology and operating data center will be cost effective as well . In Nepal hydroelectricity is wasting because of low demand and oversupply or overproduction of electricity in every summer.
