As for Monica, she was TOTALLY in on it and should get the same amount of time as her boyfriend. Not only did she assist in taking her husbands life but forever traumatized her daughter by having her find him. She doesn't care about those children. She took their father and while she's in jail and instead of showing remorse, she's carrying on like a teenager sending letters about "how we both know what the other is thinking." The greatest love story of your life, while you grab another man's peanut. And writing him letters DESTINED when you know he killed THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE. Pathetic, disgusting and GUILTY. And lawyers who try to find excuses and loops to free criminals, are as pathetic and disgusting as them. OF COURSE having an affair with the murderer of your husband should put you straight under the lights. Not to mention lying about it. You know what hiding stuff means? THEY KNEW IT WAS WRONG. Another man's PEANUT? LMAO! I've never heard that before. It's hilarious! My grandma was almost 90 when after my grandpa died, I overheard her tell a family member that grandpa's manhood had become a button. Yes, she said it looked like a button!! LOL!! But in their early marriage he gave her 9 children! RIP Grandpa Joe! And Grandma Nellie. My grandparents loved each other and stayed married till he died. She was 13 when they married. He wasn't a whole lot older. Less than 10 yrs for sure. Things were different back then. My grandma was born in 1896 and lived to 100.

You do realize that lady "defense attorney" isn't Monica's actual defense attorney??? She's a consulting lawyer 48 Hours got in touch with after Monica's actual lawyers refused to be interviewed. And as a consulting lawyer, all she was doing was reading the court paperwork and explaining to the reporter & audience what Monica's actual lawyers are probably going to say/use at the upcoming trial. Same goes for the "prosecutor" as well because the actual prosecutors refused interviews so the network needed another consulting attorney to act as a prosecutor. The old guy at the 21:16 part of the video is Monica's actual lawyer!!!
