I had a big blue light in my room and id always had it on when I slept and it was really calm in and helped me sleep a lot so I think this was very calming to watch
Just to let you know blue is the colour used to keep people awake, since its so intense. Its why when you turn on night mode on your phone it takes the blue light out. This wasn't too bad but just for future reference
