I had something similar in high school in the 90s. I had a little "office" set up down there with a desk and my computer (a 486 dx 66mhz running DOS on a 200mb hard drive wooo), a dresser that primarily held video games and computer shit, and a little 19" TV on top of it with my nintendo. It had a full size mattress up top, and a couple extra shelves up there where I had a boombox, alarm clock, couple books, tapes, CD's, a little clip fan and light. There wasn't quite enough room to sit up straight, but if I sort of came up and around at an angle I could sit up while slightly hunched. Enough to read or play my game boy. Even today if I had a bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, I think it would be kind of nice to have a raised bed again because it really does make better use of the space. Although it would have to offer enough clearance that I could stand up straight without bumping my head, and would be large enough that there's room for a walkway around the bed. It would basically be a whole other room under there. Good place for a bathroom really. Talk about an executive suite, add a table and some chairs, a kitchenette, and you've basically got an apartment.

When I was a truck driver, I often went to a paper mill and they had a set up like the truck tipping device. They used it to empty trailers hauling scrap paper. They had two of them, side by side. The bar and laundry is genius. When I was a child there was a rural community that had a small gambling site mixed with a laundry mat. People who went on vacation to hunt/fish, and the hillbillies that wanted things very clean from better water came in often enough to support it. You could also buy soda there...
My job is wood chip truck driver, I use several types of ramps and trailers that dump or pump the load of pine chips out of the trailer. We have the drive over dump ramps, dump ramps we back up on and then lift the truck and trailer and we also have trailers with hydraulic lines that we can hook to the truck and then turn on a pump in the cab that will then push the load out of the back of the trailer. The floor of the trailer has 3 hydraulic pistons on the underside that each move one section of the floor back towards the front of the trailer at a time. When all the sections are at the front, the whole floor moves toward the back of the trailer and pushes the load out the back doors... just make sure you open the doors before you turn on the hydraulic pump... It’s strong enough to pop the steel back doors off the trailer like opening a soda can. ( Yes I forgot to open them once... 😞)
@@beckysnyder4591 grain trucks and recycled newspaper already does this, and has for decades ... it is absolute genius, BUT, you do not want to stay in the cab while they raise the whole truck, being 75 feet of the ground on top of a stack of metal waving in the wind is not as fun as it seems.

The one I want: the all-in-one bunk bed. That's awesome! The one I don't understand: The truck tipping. Why not remove the truck, that would be a lot of weight gone.
This is just a theory, maybe cause it’s to empty the contents of the trucks quickly that are on the go, less of a time constraint, cause you’d have to have other machinery and manual help to remove the bed of the truck, empty it, and then re attach. I’m only assuming this. I don’t know for sure.

The truck tipper has been around for 50 years (or more) at pulp mill wood-chip intakes. In early 1970s Iworked in a mill's chip area where it had been long in use.
among us in real life also it's the perfect costume for haloween
I first saw the "tip up the truck" 40-50 years ago at the Jays potato chip factory next to the expressway, about 95th avenue on the S. Side of Chicago. Pretty neat to see first-hand! Sure not NEW!
And the rotating tape dispenser was my favorite! Dang!!!
...and I've shuffled around my kitchen floor on wet towels etc to scrub - no bending required. Mop = good idea
That wheel chair is amazing
13:55 The walking bag work like among us
The walking bag is the future of aMonGs
All of them should be the the most genius things ever created
The smart luggage would be wonderful for me as a disabled person I have a wheelchair but use crutches and at work or shopping I can't carry bags.
It looks brilliant for new parents too - anyone with their hands full.
Let's be honest... The private space in the living cube will be used for other things...
13:51 walking bag idea is just like among us sussy imposter reference
