I toured Chambers Creek last month at the grand opening of the Community Center. Was very impressed overall, but I still see the Kissing Tree development in San Marcos as the gold-standard for 55+ gated communities in Texas. If you've visited Kissing Tree, I'd be interested in your thoughts on how the two developments compare.
