When I hear this wonderful piece of music, a flood of memories transports me back to my childhood. It was just my brother and me, sharing the same nostalgia 22 years ago. Time seems to fly by quickly yet moves slowly, making it hard to grasp its swiftness. I'm sure many of you have your own memories and flashbacks, but we all share the same nostalgic feelings. Despite considering myself a tough person, a few tears escaped as I listened and read comments. I hope all of you from my generation are doing well.
omg the nostalgia I loved this game....i was in between jobs when this came out I used to stay up half the night playing it and a lot of the other Capcom and Squaresoft games. This came out the same year as Final Fantasy VIII. This era of games was so epic.
I've always loved this song, it gives me such a nostalgic feeling. I cannot believe that twenty years has passed since I first heard it when I was ten. I find it a bit uplifting, honestly. The song played in a sanctuary in the game, if you can call a room whose only permanent inhabitant is a rotting, half eaten corpse safe. lol
Great way to put it, definitely see the irony behind a safe room with such a gruesome scene. It would have been fantastic if they had the tools back in those days to add a small chance of whatever caused that to come back for leftovers mid-save. To be honest, I was an easily scared kid back in those days so most of my memories of it I have from watching my father play it or from my getting to the computer room near the beginning and wimping out, hah. This tune has always stuck, though. The power of nostalgia is interesting. It's been so long since I've played this but keep coming back to this song (its part of my background music playlist for DayZ). Sorry I didn't check comments sooner lol
Harry Williams There is one game I saw an announcement for that tried to make something of a spiritual successor to RE4... I'll look around for the title again it seemed pretty promising
The Irony of these comments in today's current Spectrum, isn't it?! Well, with the talk of doctors an such at least. There's something eerily chilling, yet, strangely calming about this particular theme. And you guys just about described it down to a T.
This save room theme makes me feel like Healing/ recovering, sort of Goku recovering from a battle in one of those blue liquid containers conected to a breathing mask.
This song terrified me when I was a kid. And it still does, 17 years later. I don't know how some people find it relaxing, it just gives me the chills.
this got an so deep atmosphere... so fucking deep.... so memorable.... and it's just a game.... an excellent game... I can not imagine myself in the future, when I'm old, listening to this, but I'm sure I will
I love that the base line of this track sounds like a phone like after it's been off the hook for a while; it gives a sense of ominousness but also it's comforting.
Its night time and you are just below teenage years, all your friends are home and you are in your room in the dark, playing a wonderful adventure. You have your refreshment drink, snack, or whatever........you are aware of how much fun you are having, all while not knowing just how much you are going to miss it. You enter the save room and this becomes a staple of music memory in your brain. What an incredible feeling we are all having while looking back, because this is the closest we get to being back at that space, time and feeling. Also, this sound bit has wonderful floaty synths that create that sensation on its own, man what a brutally awful combination of things
I’m no newcomer to Capcom since I’ve been playing Resident Evil and Devil May Cry for years, but I am to Dino Crisis and just downloaded it digitally on my PS3. I instantly fell in love with its save room theme. It sounds especially good on headphones. Can’t wait to complete the game.
Disconnected phone line sounds like something went terribly wrong . And that peacefully- creepy music telling that you can not trust that . Something is going on . Composer is genius and know what he doing when create that
This is what we need ! The countless dinos and theory's put into a video game now days with out graphics would be phenomenal on the market. PEOPLE want games like this that we used to have and this could still be tht one thing we need. Make it happen DINO DEVS
As soon as this started to play, my brain was immediately swarmed with an incredible amount of nostalgia. It was like I was transported back to July 1st, 1999, which was when this game was released. It has one of the most memorable background effects and ambiance I have ever experienced, and it brought back so many of my childhood memories. Thank you so much for posting this amazing track. You've helped me in ways you can't imagine. =)
I just play this game for the 1st time, it's very good but this music is awesome. I'm sad that I did not play game and hear this music when game was come out, I would now have very nostalgic feeling for this.
That feeling I got when I first saw a game magazine on a couch in a shoe shop with my mom and sister, with loads of ps1 and sega saturn titles for sale, just upstairs in this shopping centre/ mall in Ireland in 1996. I saw each games artwork, and immediately got sucked into their worlds, my imagination was tingling and my mind was for the first time, brought into interactive escapism that wasn't just demos or super early 90s games on my parents computer. The internet didn't exist for most people, so magazines was it, and I never thought to have looked for one. I found that gaming magazine, I am seeing the roster of titles before me, and I choose what I want to play. That feeling.. is, I cannot describe it, it sucked me in as a kid, I mean I was just so enveloped into the gaming scene, despite its youth, thankfully there was so much good in the 90s, and early 2000s... However unlike today, there were gaming droughts, there were no indie games, they didn't exist, and it made the release of an already excellent game title, all the sweeter. I remember playing Dino Crisis with a childhood friend right before there was a family reunion, my god the lovely memories.
So I'm walking home from work with this stuck in my head. Its been literal years since I played this. I thought Dino Crisis safe room music. And then nah it couldn't be. It bloody well was. Mad how your brain picks up on music
Lucas Grotsklaus fucking right it is as there’s nothing, and I mean nothing in modern gaming which has ever came close to late 90s capcom survival horror games when it comes to soundtrack aka music as not even close
This music aways makes me feel lonely and helpless. Some people say it makes them feel peaceful, but for me is much more like there is no one to help us.
Capcom ! Make a Dino Crisis Remake Please… I replayed the game on my PS1 last year… what a game! First ever with dynamic 3D plans ! What a big and cool scenario… Doctor Kirk, third energy, dinosaurs, and our amazing Regina !! By the way, take a look at the amazing remake videos by some fans
My cousin had a fascination with dinosaurs as kids and he made me play this game because he was too scared. I was also scared as hell but the music along with the mystery of finding out what happened/how the dinosaurs arrived on the island kept me pushing through.
I didn’t grow up with Dino Crisis (I was born in the late 2000’s) but by god this game brings back so much nostalgia for me because I remember watching play throughs of it and hearing the music in thegamingbeaver videos
This music remind me two terrific metallic noises when I slept at work during the night. I can remember myself completely shocked by how brutal it waked me up, putting all the lights on and checking the workshop with my Dewalt. :0
We got RE1, RE2, RE3 and now RE4 Remake, we're getting Dead Space Remake and Silent Hill 2 as well. Well, now it's time to give Dino Crisis some credit too. This game deserves so much and I hope it'll get enough recognition because it's literally going back to my beautiful childhood again...
When I'm old and dying in the hospital one day, I'd like to hear this music in my room. I will remember the times when I was running from death. And after a while, grab the gamepad again and experience this great game.
Not only do I want this series to come back, I want it to go back to it's horror roots. Every title after this one strayed further and further from horror and into just being action shooters, much like Resident Evil did starting with 4 onwards.
One of the best games I ever played in my childhood. I wish this game was famous like resident evil. Too bad this game have only two parts. Second part is the best!!!! I LOVE THIS MUSIC SO MUCH!!!!
Best save theme ever. I loved how the computers looked in this game. So futuristic, I always fantasised about having one of those super computers at home lol. And the music was amazing. I always magine of a very safe office, with coffe and some sweet snacks to eat, with lots of light coming from outside, where you can rest a moment meanwhile a red beacon outside turns and turns and you just don't care about it... for a moment, just for a moment you wish you could make endless

Harry Williams Daymare 1998, that's the one! Literally only had to Google RE4 spiritual successor seconds after the last post lol
That’s called a Saiyan isolation chamber haha.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 we think the same
This game is ART.
Haven’t heard this in years. Instantly took me back to my childhood in the early 2000’s 👍🏻
If only we could go back to these blessed times. We were happy and free without knowing it, my friends!
Would do anything to experience that time with this game all over again.
This song terrified me when I was a kid. And it still does, 17 years later.
I don't know how some people find it relaxing, it just gives me the chills.
this got an so deep atmosphere... so fucking deep.... so memorable....
and it's just a game.... an excellent game...
I can not imagine myself in the future, when I'm old, listening to this, but I'm sure I will
Had this music in my head for years and could not remember where i heard it from
I love that the base line of this track sounds like a phone like after it's been off the hook for a while; it gives a sense of ominousness but also it's comforting.
Moments like this makes me proud to be a gamer 💯❤💪
Its night time and you are just below teenage years, all your friends are home and you are in your room in the dark, playing a wonderful adventure. You have your refreshment drink, snack, or whatever........you are aware of how much fun you are having, all while not knowing just how much you are going to miss it. You enter the save room and this becomes a staple of music memory in your brain. What an incredible feeling we are all having while looking back, because this is the closest we get to being back at that space, time and feeling. Also, this sound bit has wonderful floaty synths that create that sensation on its own, man what a brutally awful combination of things
Imagine a remake version of dino crisis, with DINOSAURS IN 4K, a dream
Yes 😍
There is a fan made remake in development. Team arklay's is the developer
that would creep me out lmao
im really afraid of dinosaurs, so now you know how i felt when I played Dino Crisis for the first time
@@pikachumbo5256 late reply but do you have some link? This series is my childhood
@@RallyOX sure. Add me on discord pikachumbo 6673, so that i wont forget. Cuz Im busy rn
Oh wow this takes me back!! Gosh. Such nostalgia.
this music brings me nostalgia and peace. ;] it's good to heal sometimes your 'soul needs'
:)
Sitting in a dark hospital corridor right now and it's hitting the spot
Runs through a dark alleyway at midnight, comes in house, closes and locks the door
*This theme starts playing
This game deserves a remake, to be brought back
they will just mess it up
This is beautiful.
My morning alarm !!
Thank you so much for extend this soundtrack... ♥ ☺
So I'm walking home from work with this stuck in my head. Its been literal years since I played this. I thought Dino Crisis safe room music. And then nah it couldn't be. It bloody well was. Mad how your brain picks up on music
My favourite Dino Crisis track and probably my favourite save room theme from any Capcom game 🥰
Best song for sitting at your desk reading and writing.
Give a try to the remake I did for the 20th anniversary... You could like it !
Nostalgia pura
Lucas Grotsklaus fucking right it is as there’s nothing, and I mean nothing in modern gaming which has ever came close to late 90s capcom survival horror games when it comes to soundtrack aka music as not even close
Sei italiano?
Suena muy parecido al estilo de John Carpenter en sus composiciones.
My favorite music i m nostalgic to 1999 i love you regina
This music aways makes me feel lonely and helpless. Some people say it makes them feel peaceful, but for me is much more like there is no one to help us.
And i thought i was the only one with such a thought...
Same here
They don't make em like this anymore
I LOVE IT! It always gives me the nostalgia and the chills
This is so.. perfect
I still remember this music I was play this game with my brothers in 2000s 😢💔
The nostalgia is unreal! The nights spent playing this game alone in my room. I miss those days.
This theme was used to scare me as hell, how many memories...
4 dislikes from dinosaurs
They were put to sleep by Regina🤣
They are waiting into the next room :)
I love dinos because of this game
@@eldergod9791 Lol, this is what the Dino's hear when their put to sleep.
What a feeling
Thank you so much for this.
Give a try to the remake I did for the 20th anniversary... You could like it !
WE NEED A DINO CRISIS REMAKE DAMN IT!!
So many memories with this amazing game, the save room theme is to Die for.
We want a remake NOW!!!!
When I'm old and dying in the hospital one day, I'd like to hear this music in my room. I will remember the times when I was running from death. And after a while, grab the gamepad again and experience this great game.
Damn thats actually beautiful
Best theme song of video game ever
Legendary game. So good. Music was great. I replay it quite often as I do with RE 1-3.
I hope this will be up for ever
Capcom screw Exoprimal, we all want a Dino Crisis 1 & 2 Remake!
Not only do I want this series to come back, I want it to go back to it's horror roots. Every title after this one strayed further and further from horror and into just being action shooters, much like Resident Evil did starting with 4 onwards.
Back when Capcom still knew what the hell they were doing.
Corey Stephens This game totally deserves a remake.
They still do lmao
As opposed to Konami, heh heh aww....🙁
@@tjhicks3600 hell nah RE3 remake was hot garbage
@@1roundleft821 i dont think it was garbage, but it definitely wasn't good. Only thing that is redeeming in it is the gameplay
Cant believe this series has been abandoned. Just listen to these banging tunes!
"Set you at ease"
This soundtrack it's fckn creepy but i love it
This save room theme sounds like something you’d hear on one of those late night crime shows. It’s very well made! 😨🙃
for a game that came out in 1999 the safe room music screams 80s vibes. reminds me of far cry blood dragon
Great quality, thank you.
So much nostalgia from this game. Was so hard to beat as a kid
I remember when I was 8 years seeing my Dad and my cousin playing together and me listening to this music in the background 😱
Ja sonhei que estava jogando e cheguei nessa sala de save, acordei com essa trilha sorona na cabeça e baixei o jogo depois
