damn man that really sucks about the crease, that is a beautiful card and an insane pull out of a pack. I think you were smart selling that Corbin, even if he has a decent career I don't really see him ever being worth more than that, he would have to become like a legend. I could kinda see him getting lost in the shuffle of all the other great players at the moment. More Dansby Swanson than Aaron Judge if that makes sense.
I agree about moving Corbin Carroll, I’m really trying to be more intentional with the stuff I keep. I’m just hoping for a good card for the replacement on Skenes.
Thx for the video on factory damage. I look forward to your response video. I have a gold /10 Victor Wemby that was graded 6 for factory defect that I sent to panini last April. They have told me they are REMAKING the card! We will see it’s been months but when I call they confirm it’s moving slowly.
Ouch. I would prepare to be disappointed. The value of cards like that is so time-sensitive. Big props to you for not just selling that on eBay with no disclaimer for damage. A lot of ppl in this “hobby” would
@@ClintBaker-qu5ll I’m guessing they’ll send me some crappy left over redemption and a couple packs, which in that case I’d rather have the damaged Skenes back as it still has pretty good eye appeal for my PC.
@@jpacrylicstudio145 I’m just hoping they don’t send me one of their care packages full of crappy unclaimed redemptions and Opening Day packs like I’ve seen others get
Congrats on the Carroll sale, cash in hand is always a good thing!

Can never be like a base sonny gray or some other common that takes the damage. Good luck with the replacement.
@ thank you for tuning in!!

That’s a big card, I sure hope they make it right. Please keep us posted!
They aren’t gonna remake one card bud. They are feeding you a line of shit
They won’t have any skenes to 50. Once these cards are printed and released the plates are either put into packs or destroyed.
@ I am going to let you know. Ive spoken with several people at panini over that last months. I agree they could be… but I have to find out.
Oh I forgot to mention the card is 1/10 so it’s Jersey numbered too. We will see. Good luck to you too

The crease will drop it below an 8. The card probably won't be replaced with an exact copy, unfortunately. Hoping for the best!
