A few thoughts: nice work. A bench would help. Cover the parts you are not working on to keep dust off of them. It helps to soak the clutch discs in transmission fluid. Use a torque wrench. Good job.
The problem with our transmission is that it's only engaging in reverse direction despite being selected for forward and neutral. Kindly help me out if possible
@@thekhan6579 If I understand you, it means even if you shift to neutral it still goes reverse. That meant the shifter has a problem so change it and try. What i know is that the shifters send electric supplies to solenoid.

we tested their 5 solenoid and working fine .
I used deal in forklift Parts VOLGO SPARES

Pls, let electrician check the solenoid if it is all working.
