Would you please tell me Madam about chance witness, star witness or decoy witness. How we may define them? I know these questions are not related to this topic, I would be thankful to you if I'm answered.

Chance witness who has no concerned with the case but who comes by chance at the place of crime or who passed by such crime scene.
Star witness is the one who is there to give some major and important information about the case, which can easily lead to either conviction or acquittal.
And the decoy is mostly considered an accomplice who's evidence can't be taken without corroboration.
