I use SEAWAT with the GUI in GMS. It works well, but requires a license. You might try ModelMuse if you dont have a GMS license. I am not sure if ModelMuse can set up SEAWAT files, but it is worth checking.
This would work in principle. However, I have not tried it so I cannot say for certain whether it is implemented in GMS. You should ask the guys at Aquaveo, the company that developed GMS.
