I love y'all as the 77's Daniel Amos ....the Choir or Youth Choir..... As I was first aquainted with them. However..... I appreciate the Lost Dogs much more.

Yeah; the dude absolutely! i saw them at "the door" in Deep Ellum/Dallas a decade or more ago, Mike Roe was writing lyrics/song set list on the inside of a cardboard cereal box... one of the coolest bands ever: the 77s!
Wide Eyed Wonder is a great album from the Choir. Drowning with Land in Sight is my top 77's album. Gift Horse is my favorite Lost Dogs album, Adam Again's Occam's Razor is a great song. I need to get back into the Choir's discography. I was on board fairly early with Chase the Kangaroo, Wide Eyed Wonder, Circle Slide, Speckled Bird, and Free Flying Soul. Free Flying Soul kinda lost me a bit; but when Derri joined Lost Dogs and they put out their first 3 albums, I was all in. Gift Horse features several beautifully written songs, including Ghost Train to Nowhere, Rebecca Go Home, and Honeysuckle Breeze. Probably my favorite Lost Dogs album along with Scenic Routes and Little Red Riding Hood.
