the Tahoe is actually garbage compared to it's predecesors. I have an LTZ and while I love driving it and it has all the bells and whistles, the quality of the vehicle is horrible. My mirrors move every time I start the car so I have to readjust them every time I drive. The worst part is I've gone through 2-3 door handles. Who has ever had a car where the door handles broke off? They are cheap plastic crap. Also, when i ordered a replacement navigation CD it took 6-8 months to come in. Then it was $200 AND they couldnt deliver it to the dealership. Instead, they charged me $20 for shipping. For a CD! Lastly, mud flaps are shit. They are two piece, and when the clip gives way or falls off, they beat the shit out of your paint. I went to the dealership to get a new clip and the guy said I had to buy a whole new mud flap because they dont stock clips. It's a shame, too, because it's the best looking SUV on the road, hands down. It's loaded with nice options and runs strong. But the quality control with Chevy any more has a lot to be desired.

Which rear gear was in the specific model you tested? The standard is 3.31 and optional is 3.73 with the 3.73 gear, the truck feels much quicker.
