I rode the Pure EV Epluto 7g 1st generation model, singles from Mumbai Santacruz to Lonavla. Charged it once at Khopoli before the ghats started. I am 120kgs. The 7G was on mode 1, and I was shocked with the ease with which it took me up the ghats on mode 1. There were fuel cars struggling on the old Khandala Ghat, but the 7g was gliding easily. On return trip I rode from Lonavla to Kharghar at my friend's place in single charge. I rode in the rains so it was a magical experience on an EV and especially the 7G.

3. Poor service quality, whatever the issue you take to dealership agent, they will always tell you, yes sir it is like this only no problem, they will never resolve your issue.
4. Back wheel makes noise whenever I apply the break.
5. Cutting made to place the battery inside boot space looks like handmade using some Excel blade looks so cheap.
6. Front storage box is so weak I feel like within 1 year It will also start making noise on bumpy roads.
7. Company logo "pure EV 7G" is pasted using double side, which feels so cheap.
8. Battery holding box paint qualitiy is so cheap.

Battery of my vehicle shakes on bumpy road and makes too much noise, I am afraid that the battery may be damaged also might damage the things kept inside the boot.
the same is reported to pure EV customer care via e-mail, the response I got is they will fix it by attaching some clamp, which I need to pay for.
my concern is, this is a manufacturing defect the fix also should be bared by manufacturer not by the customer.

My concern with Okinawa is the high footboard on the bike, uncomfortable position, no boot space

For some reason, my battery gets discharged very quickly. It hasn't even been 2 yrs and my battery is not able to give me a range of 60 kms in 2nd mode. Is it possible to replace it under warranty??
Get your battery pack checked from pure ev service and tell them to balance it using batrics farraday machine and tell them you need a screen short for the readings of your cells in battery pack and If your battery pack still returns 60kms per charge then definitely problem with series of battery or we can say it has a series failure
As we know pure ev offers standard warranty of three years and extended warranty of two more years for 2999 rupees so don't worry just visit your nearest dealership for assistance
