Hi. First, I am so sorry you had to endure such hurtful things from your family and close acquaintances. Unfortunately, I have found that in some families, some “family members”, in particular, feel they are entitled to say anything they want without regard for the one they are being hateful towards. After all - they never would think we would distance our selves from them for their behavior. A friend once told me that if I hold on to hatred I am only hurting myself. The one who caused me anguish is going about his/her life without a care in the world. I was the one suffering. Not them. It was hard to let go of my feelings. I became sick over it. I perseverated thinking about the hurtful events. In time, it passed as I removed myself from interaction with my “enemy”. I am glad you were able to utilize a tool that helped erase the hurt from your life. Thank you for sharing. It reaffirms that we are not alone. I am sure to some degree, we can all relate in one way or another. On another note- you are extremely handy and creative. Your organizational skills are amazing. Be well, stay healthy and continue to live a calm and happy life. 🥰🌸😍

I’m glad you were able to get rid of the hurtful memorises and hate. I can relate. It sort of isn’t the person you hate but what they did is what you hate and hurt you. My way was to forgive them in my heart I didn’t have to tell them the forgiveness was for my heart to let go. What you did with the paper I believe is the same. It frees us to live better and happier. ❤️

la habitación de tu hijo quedó genial si son muy económicos los muebles de IKEA yo opino igual que tú en que hay cosas que no tienen que ser usados exclusivamente para lo que fueron creados podemos adaptarlos para otras funciones o utilidades
es muy importante que además de ser algo necesario en cualquier área o espacio también se vea estético me encanta cuando ocultamos todos esos cables
y ese bosque es bellisimo es impresionante parece un lugar encantado como un hermoso cuento de hadas, como quisiera estar ahí!!!los felicito por haber estado y disfrutado de ese maravilloso regalo de la naturaleza 👏
