I quit 6 days ago. Depression is the reason I began smoking to begin with. I've been smoking weed since I was 14 and I'm 32 now. I've lived more of my life high than Saber. The first few days were easy. Had a lot of energy and motivation but by day three, everything hit me like a ton of bricks. Depression, anxiety , brain fog, nightmares, and lack of motivation. I know this part of the process of getting clean. It feels similar to how I felt after I lost my my grandma or how it felt when my best friends died in a car accident. It's like I'm missing the friend that's been there for me foe most my life. I decided to quit recently because I started experiencing bad a5omach aches.and.naseua every time I would smoke and it was no longer giving me the same benefits.
It feels similar because just like how you grieved the passing of your family members, you are grieving smoking weed. It sounds silly, but it’s true. You can grieve a number of things, not just people. Nice work, keep it up!
Thank you AyeZo your content helps me quit weed or at least cut way down. It's hard for me because I'm a medical maraijuana patient so sometimes I have to smoke but than other times I use that as an excuse to smoke way more than I need to, almost every day. No bueno.
BTW, about the panic attack thing. This weed we got in 2023 ain’t the same weed we had in 2016! They puttin some new shit in there and it IS NOT REAL WEED.. Something up with the entire industry.

They just breed for higher thc levels. There's no difference other than that there are a less diverse group of cannabinoids like thc-p, hhc, thc-v, etc because they've been replaced with more, REGULAR d9 thc. New weed is just stronger.
Pot has gone down hill since they started giving it fruity names I remember back in 05 being offered bubba kush and I said what happened to just weed.. ....just sayin
