That was the best review I've seen on this product and I am SO grateful, man! Thank you so much! ❤

I think he mentions that both screens need to be separately connected by USB-C cables to the computer (so I think there's 2 cables that need to be plugged in...otherwise it gets treated as as individual monitors). So I'm guessing the computer needs to have at least 2 USB-C ports available supporting video output, or you'll need a USB-C hub if your laptop only has 1 port. Like other portable monitors, just plugging in HDMI alone won't be sufficient because HDMI only provides video signal and doesn't provide power, which is why if you're not using USB-C, you'll need HDMI + a regular USB port to provide power...Also, depending on the operating system/laptop, I'm guessing you'll need to play around with display output settings (making sure it's set to extension instead of screen mirroring, that all screens are recognized/turned on). I don't own this specific model, but just my 2 cents from using similar portable monitors in the past (they should be all very similar :)

Unfortunately, the website doesn't sell this exact model anymore. 😢
(I know there's also an Amazon link, but I don't live in the US and couldn't find it on my local Amazon website.)

I had the same issue. I I went to the computer manufacturers website and updated the chipset. It didn't work still. Then I plugged in the HDMI and power first. It worked. Then the USB C. Now, both work just fine every time the computer is rebooted.

@@fidelmayadeene5214i am have the same problems but just to be clear…. You Hooked up the hdmi to the computer. Then 2 USB C cords on in each monitor, and both directly into the computer?

Thanks super helpful! I had to wade through a ton of product reviews to find one that finally shows the full range of motion on those support arms! I thought it might be a useful option to flip one of those screens facing outwards during movement classes where I am the facilitator needing to work behind the computer but the teacher still needs to see the students on screen and we don't have a tv or monitor available!

I, too, am curious about the 3rd monitor. Like devinpanganiban, my third says power saving and black screen. I've tried different methods to hook the two up, and nothing. I also had to hook up both the hdmi and one usb-C to one screen to get it to work. The second screen, I don't know what is going wrong.
